Federal Alternative Fuel Infrastructure Tax Credit


Customers who purchase qualified residential fueling equipment after January 1, 2023, may receive a tax credit of up to $1,000.

You may qualify for a credit up to $7,500 under Internal Revenue Code Section 30D if you buy a new, qualified plug-in electric vehicle. The Inflation Reduction Act of 2022 changed the rules for this credit for vehicles purchased from 2023 to 2032.

California Clean Vehicle Rebate Project


The California Clean Vehicle Rebate Project (CVRP) offers rebates for the purchase or lease of qualified vehicles. Low income applicants are eligible for higher incentives.

HOV Lane

California High Occupancy Vehicle (HOV) Lane Exemption


Electric vehicles may use HOV lanes regardless of the number of occupants in the vehicle depending on eligibility.

California PACE Loss Reserve Program


The PACE Loss Reserve Program administered by the California Alternative Energy and Advanced Transportation Financing Authority (CAEATFA) works with partners and lenders to support PACE financing for energy or water efficiency and clean energy home improvements. Property owners in a PACE-designated area can use PACE financing for the above home improvements without a down payment and repayment included in their property tax bills. The Consumer Assistance Program provides $1,000 to $1,500 to support the retirement of old, polluting vehicles.

Discounted Electric Rate

Turlock Irrigation District DT Domestic PHEV Experimental Rate


TID is offering an experimental schedule to customers for whom Schedule DT applies. Applicants must have a currently registered PHEV or BEV and a recharging outlet on their home premises.

Turlock Irrigation District EV Charger Rebate


TID is offering customers a $300 rebate who purchase and install a qualifying Level 2 Charger. TID customers enrolled in the CARES program will receive an additional $100 per charger.

San Joaquin Valley AQMD Drive Clean in the San Joaquin


San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District (SJVAPCD) administers the Drive Clean! Rebate Program which provides rebates to Valley residents and businesses for the purchase or lease of new, clean-air vehicles. To be considered for a rebate, applicants must purchase or lease a vehicle from the eligible vehicle list.
